Richardson Restaurant Park Draws Unique, Out-of-town Offerings

Developer Kirk Hermansen is undaunted by North Texas' reputation for being somewhat frosty to non-local dining concepts.This weekend, his Richardson Restaurant Park welcomes a California-based gourmet hot dog spot. And coming this fall are three restaurants, all new to North Texas.Sure, Dallas is a tough town, Hermansen concedes.
