San Antonio police have made an arrest in the slaying of police Det. Benjamin Marconi on Sunday morning, sources told KENS5-TV. Police will be holding a news conference at 5:15 p.m. to update the media on the investigation. Marconi, 50, was fatally shot about 11:40 a.m. Sunday outside police headquarters.
