Rep. Colin Allred of Dallas Questionable for Tonight’s Congressional Baseball Game

WASHINGTON -- Dallas Rep. Colin Allred is questionable for tonight’s congressional charity baseball game after straining his calf in practice Wednesday morning, his office told the Morning News. “[He] still may try and play depending on how he feels later in the day,” said Allred’s spokesperson Josh Stewart. Allred received a lot of attention during the midterms as the former NFL player who defeated longtime GOP Rep. Pete Sessions. Democrats were excited about the political victory, but also about adding his athletic abilities to their baseball team.
