Renovation of Former Occidental Tower on Dallas Tollway Is Wrapping Up

Developers have finished a $9 million redo of a familiar Dallas North Tollway tower.The 24-story former Occidental Tower at LBJ Freeway and the Dallas North Tollway was purchased early last year by Dallas' Encore Enterprises and New York Life Insurance.In late 2016, the new owners started a major makeover of the high-rise which opened in 1985. And the 570,000-square-foot building got a new name -- Pinnacle Tower. Dallas' Stream Realty Partners, which managed the renovation, said the work is done.  Continue reading...
