Reel FX Heads Downtown With Lease in Dallas Tower

A top animation and visual effects firm that's been a longtime Dallas business has rented a block of downtown office space for its headquarters.Reel FX Inc. has leased more than 25,000 square feet in the 717 N. Harwood tower.The company has had its offices in a building in Deep Ellum for almost 20 years.Founded in 1993, Reel FX provides content for film, TV, publishing and digital media.The company is just the latest business to make a play in downtown Dallas' office market.Billy Gannon of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the 717 N. Harwood lease with White and Chelby Sanders of CBRE.The 34-story high-rise is owned by Austin-based World Class Capital Group.Other tenants in the tower include Omnitracs, Kibo Software and HOK Group.  Continue reading...
