In the two years since Mike Hoque bought the Adolphus Tower in downtown Dallas the neighborhood around his office building has continued to add street life.Now Hoque is ready to light up his corner of Main and Akard streets with additional retail and a renovation of the mid-century office high-rise."We've put in all new mechanical systems in the building," Hoque said.
