A driver was seriously injured after running a red light early Friday and colliding with an 18-wheeler in Southlake.Around 6:45 a.m., a Toyota Scion ran the red light at North Carroll Avenue and the State Highway 114 service road, crashing into the 18-wheeler carrying a load of paint.The collision left the tractor-trailer perched precariously on a steep incline next to the highway.Both drivers were taken to a hospital where the Toyota's driver was listed in serious condition.
