Sign up for our newsletters here.Storms threaten Dallas-Fort Worth again after weak showing ThursdayNot to be the Newsletter Who Cried Rain, but we’re facing another threat of thunderstorms late Friday.While severe weather never amounted to much Thursday evening, this time several rounds of isolated storms could form beginning in the afternoon.The main threats will again be large hail, heavy rainfall of 1 to 3 inches and damaging winds.Although North Texas escaped most of the threats Thursday, gusts of up to 60 mph were recorded in Denton, Wise and Tarrant counties.Also, an isolated tornado threat Friday evening also can't be ruled out.Commentary: WFAA personality Dale Hansen wants the names of sexual assault victims to be known, saying the practice does more harm than good.Today in Trump: Ousted FBI director James Comey "was crazy," President Trump told Russian officials this month, adding that firing him had lifted a "great pressure."  Continue reading...
