Rain, Fog and Thunderstorms

It has been a dreary start to the week, and more rain is on the way.Yes, Tuesday appears to be quite wet! Much needed rain will fall across North Texas, to the tune of 1-2 inches!The middle of the week looks dry and milder before a strong cold front arrives Friday. This front will provide another chance of showers (or thunderstorms). Much colder, Arctic air is set to arrive this weekend and toward Christmas. The chance for any wintry weather is still low, but it's a possibility Christmas Eve. TONIGHT: Areas of fog and drizzle. A few showers are possible. Low: 50. Wind: SE 5 mph. TUESDAY: Cloudy with rain and scattered thunderstorms. Low: 50. High: 58. Wind: SE 5-10 mph shifting to NW in the afternoon. WEDNESDAY: Morning fog, then partly cloudy. Low: 48. High: 68. Wind: W/SW 10 mph. THURSDAY: Partly cloudy, breezy, and warm. Low: 50. High: 74. Wind: SW 10-20 mph. FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy, breezy, turning colder. A 30% chance for showers early. Low: 42. High: 49. Wind: SW/NW 10-20 mph. SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy and cold. Low: 32. High: 48. Wind: NE 10-15 mph. SUNDAY (Christmas Eve): Mostly cloudy with a 30% chance for light snow or flurries and cold. Low: 30.
