Police Seek Public’s Help in Fatal Shooting of Old East Dallas Pupusería Owner

Police are asking for the public's help investigating the fatal shooting of a beloved Old East Dallas pupusería owner during a robbery in September. Victoria Polanco, 51, died after being shot during the robbery at Pupuseria Victoria Restaurant, 515 N. Carroll Ave., about 11:50 p.m. Sept. 9.
