Police Search for Teens Who Spray Painted Racial Slurs at Mesquite Church

Mesquite police are searching for three teenage boys who spray painted racial slurs and sexual images at New Hope Baptist Church. The teens damaged a light and surveillance camera at the predominately-black church on Newsome Road around 2 a.m. Wednesday. The next night, three people who appear to be the same teens spray painted the building with racist graffiti just after midnight, police said.About 40 children saw the graffiti when they arrived at the church the next morning, the Rev.
