Three juveniles led officers on a chase Thursday night after they stole a city of Dallas water utilities van, police say.The vehicle was stolen near South Lancaster and Cedardale roads about 8:30 p.m. Police spotted the vehicle near Marsalis and Illinois and followed it south along Interstate 35E to Red Oak. The van went back north on the interstate and went into Lancaster before going east on Belt Line, KXAS-TV (NBC5) reported.The vehicle then drove north on TX-342 before the Dallas Sheriff's Office stopped the van using road spikes about 9:30 p.m. All three suspects were taken into custody in the 6200 block of Lancaster Road.Dallas police said three juveniles stole the city vehicle at gunpoint near the intersection of South Lancaster and Cedardale roads at about 8:20 p.m.No injuries were reported.
