Police Capture 2 Robbery Suspects Who Fled Along I-30, Then Ran Into Woods

Dallas police captured two robbery suspects Monday afternoon after the pair fled in a vehicle along Interstate 30 and ran into a wooded area.Undercover officers located the suspects’ vehicle, which had been used in three recent robberies in Dallas, about 3:30 p.m. and notified patrol officers.It was unclear whether patrol officers, who were dispatched to Cedar Crest Boulevard and East 11th Street in east Oak Cliff, were ever in pursuit of the vehicle, but a police helicopter followed it as it headed east on Interstate 30.  Continue reading...
