Plano Office Buildings Sell to Investment Partners

Two Plano office buildings have been purchased by an investment partnership.The 1800 and 1820 Preston Park buildings have almost 200,000 square feet of space and are located near Park Boulevard and Ohio Drive.Libitzky Property Cos. and Sunwest Real Estate Group purchased the properties from Alexander & Baldwin.
