Plano Mayor Puts Plan B Debate to Rest After Council Member's Concern Over Funding Rape Crisis Center

Supporters of The Turning Point showed up early Saturday to a Plano city meeting ready to implore the council not to put the brakes on more than $57,000 in grant funding for the rape crisis center.
