A helicopter pilot was injured Thursday evening in a crash in Navarro County, officials said. The pilot was transported by air ambulance from the scene near Highway 287 and FM309 to an area hospital. The Navarro County Office of Emergency Management, sheriff's office and Texas Department of Public Safety also responded.Additional details about the crash and the pilot's condition were not immediately available.
