Pharma Giant McKesson Has Yet to Reap the Incentives Around Its Move to Irving

McKesson Corp., which completed a heralded expansion in Irving in 2017 to create nearly 1,000 new jobs in the region, has yet to receive any of the millions in incentives awarded by the state and city, according to a report from D Magazine.The incentive deal with Irving automatically terminated by the end of 2016 when McKesson failed to purchase the required property, an Irving spokesperson told D Magazine. McKesson's investment in Irving totaled $157 million.The Dallas Morning News has requested documents related to the Irving incentives and will update this story when they become available.
