One of Uptown Dallas' Major Office Tenants Is Staying Put

A big Uptown office tenant that was heavily wooed by new buildings in the downtown area has decided to stay put.Boston Consulting Group has been in the Saint Ann Court tower since 2010.The firm occupies more than 69,000 square feet of space three floors in the high-rise at 2501 N. Harwood.Harwood International owns the building."Boston Consulting Group has been part of our district of Harwood since 2008," Harwood International's Kelly Whaley said in a statement "This year marks 10 years of Boston Consulting Group in Harwood and our long-term partnership has been valuable."Several newer buildings in Dallas' downtown and Uptown had courted the global management consulting firm to make a move.Other tenants in Saint Ann Court include Amegy Bank, Unisys and Viant Technology.Harwood International's Whaley and Hannah Waidmann negotiated the Boston Consulting Group lease with Harlan Davis, Neal Puckett and Phil Puckett of CBRE.  Continue reading...
