One man was shot and another in custody after a confrontation early Thursday in the 14000 block of Lasater Road in Rylie, Dallas police reported.Augustine Falcon, 47, was charged with aggravated assault in the incident that occurred around 2:40 a.m., police said. According to police, Falcon confronted someone he believed to be burglarizing some vehicles.The victim, whose name wasn't released, was taken to a hospital in stable condition.It is unclear if the victim faces charges of his own, police said.
