North Texas Partners Buy Fort Worth Industrial Properties

Two north Texas investors have purchased six industrial buildings in West Fort Worth.The properties are in the IH-20 West Business Park near the new Walsh Ranch mixed-use development.Fort Worth-based Corinth Land and Dallas' Prattco Creekway Industrial just purchased three buildings at 6676, 6701 and 6715 Corporation Parkway. The properties are fully leased and were acquired from Wilks Heritage Group LLC."Key markers indicate continued growth and additional development in this area," Corinth Land Co. President and Founder Paun Peters said in a statement. "For us, it was a logical next investment given that we acquired our first three buildings there last year."Simmons Bank financed the purchase with equity provided by Fort Worth-based Investors Royalty Inc., an affiliate of Corinth Land Co.Corinth Land and Prattco Creekway Industrial have jointly invested $36 million and have acquired more than 500,000 square feet of industrial space in North Texas.  Continue reading...
