AUSTIN — Lawmakers heard days' worth of impassioned testimony from Texans, many of whom drove hundreds of miles to oppose a bill that would force local police to enforce immigration law.Legislators engaged in emotional debate through the wee hours of the morning that left some in tears and forced others to vote for a measure they fear could alienate the immigrant community and land Texas in court.In a five-minute Facebook Live session on Sunday evening, Gov.
