New West Plano Business Park Looking for Tenants

West Plano' has some of the largest new corporate offices with millions of square feet of space for big businesses.But not all the new projects are mega sized.Brown Co. Partners is developing a 5-building project that will have small office buildings ranging in size from just 25,200 to about 56,000 square feet.Called Legacy Park, the speculative development is located off Spring Creek Parkway at Parkwood Boulevard.Commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the project, which already has two single-story buildings completed.O'Brien Architects designed the office campus."We've built a great couple of buildings in a market with tremendous momentum," said David Karr, managing partner at Brown Co. Partners.The Legacy Park development is located near data center facilities and has access to enhanced power and telecommunications."Legacy and Plano have it all--access to talented employees, rich amenities, and a wide variety of housing," Cushman & Wakefield's Ward Eastman said.Toyota Motor North America, JP Morgan Chase and Liberty Mutual Insurance are all building huge new corporate campuses in the area which will employ more than 15,000 workers.  Continue reading...
