A new mixed-use development on the way in West Dallas will bring a combination of apartments, retail and office space.Two Austin companies - Good + West Residential and Cypress Real Estate Advisors are building the project at West Commerce Street and Beckley just across the Trinity River from downtown Dallas.The West Commerce Gateway project will include 308 apartments, 12,700 square feet of restaurant and retail space and seven small offices, said David West, partner in Good + West Residential.
