Tom Schwilke is the new president of Kroger's Dallas division effective Wednesday and he's coming to Texas with 35 years of experience. Schwilke spent his career with Safeway and most recently was president of the Northern California division of 283 stores and 35,000 employees. Safeway operated Tom Thumb and Randalls stores in Texas before it was merged with Albertsons in 2015. Continue reading...
