New Operator of Kroger's Keller Warehouse Said It Preserved 500 Union Jobs

The new operator of a Kroger warehouse in Keller said it preserved 500 union jobs and will be adding about 100 more workers.Penske Logistics said it's reached an agreement with local unions and plans to assume operational control of the distribution center on Friday.Negotiations were with the Teamsters and the United Food and Commercial Workers and ended just before Christmas on Dec. 20, Penske Logistics said in an emailed statement.  Continue reading...
