A fast-growing Collin County bank is planting its headquarters near State Highway 121 in the Craig Ranch development.Independent Bank Group — which has more than 1,000 employees — will build its new head office in the McKinney Corporate Center in Craig Ranch.The bank with more than 80 locations in Texas and Colorado is just the latest firm to move workers to new buildings in McKinney.The shift in employment east on S.H. 121 comes as traffic and labor constraints grow in business centers nearby in West Plano.
