New Grand Prairie Office Building Is Part of Mixed-use Project

Developer Cawley Partners has a new office project in the works - this time in Grand Prairie.Cawley Partners has recently developed several office projects in Plano and along the Dallas North Tollway in Addison.Now the developer is heading to Grand Prairie with a project on State Highway 161 at Forum Drive.The 150,000-square-foot office building is part of a mixed-use project called Mayfield Groves that also includes apartments and retail."The Mayfield Groves development will attract clients looking for accessible, high-end office space in Grand Prairie," Bill Cawley, Chairman and CEO of Cawley Partners, said in a statement.Jeremy Duggins of Cawley Partners.is leasing the project.Cawley Partners has been in business since 1996 and has built and acquired more than 12 million square feet of commercial space.  Continue reading...
