New Grand Prairie Office Building Is Part of Mixed-use Project

Developer Cawley Partners has a new office project in the works - this time in Grand Prairie.Cawley Partners has recently developed several office projects in Plano and along the Dallas North Tollway in Addison.Now the developer is heading to Grand Prairie with a project on State Highway 161 at Forum Drive.The 150,000-square-foot office building is part of a mixed-use project called Mayfield Groves that also includes apartments and retail."The Mayfield Groves development will attract clients looking for accessible, high-end office space in Grand Prairie," Bill Cawley, Chairman and CEO of Cawley Partners, said in a statement.Jeremy Duggins of Cawley leasing the project.Cawley Partners has been in business since 1996 and has built and acquired more than 12 million square feet of commercial space.  Continue reading...
