New Coworking Office Deal Takes Uptown Dallas' PwC Tower Closer to Fully Leased

A new lease with coworking firm Hana will take Uptown Dallas' new Park District office tower to 75 percent leased.The shared office company that was created last year by commercial property firm CBRE is renting three floors in the 20-story office tower at Pearl Street and Woodall Rodgers Freeway overlooking Klyde Warren Park.The 67,000-square-foot operation will be the first of more than two dozen coworking sites Hana plans across the U.S."We couldn't ask for a better location to launch our first Hana unit at a premier building with first class amenities," Andrew Kupiec, CEO of Hana., said in a statement. "Our flexible approach provides owners and employers a plug-and-play solution that enables people and teams to accomplish great things."Hana plans to open its new office in the PwC Tower at Park District this summer.The 500,000-square-foot office building also houses accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers and law firms Barnes & Thornburg and Winston & Strawn.Along with the office high-rise, the Park District includes a 34-story apartment tower plus retail and restaurant space.
