NBC5 Forecast: Warm But Less Humid for Tuesday

From NBC5 meteorologist Brian James - We've got a quiet night ahead of us as the sky clears out and temperatures drop into the low to mid 70s. The summer solstice takes place on Tuesday (11:24 PM) and we will be getting a break recent high humidity. Highs will once again be in the mid 90s. We will be keeping an eye on the developement of a tropical storm in the Gulf of Mexico over the next few days. Most models keep it east of us, but some models get it close enough that some clouds and even some showers and storms could be possible east of DFW on Thursday. Stay tuned as we get more information. The next weak cold front appears to be coming in slower ... which means the next push of cooler air won't get here until next Monday.
