Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms began developing Tuesday afternoon and will continue through the evening. Lightning and heavy downpours are possible with some of the stronger thunderstorms. Most of the rain on Wednesday will shift west of DFW. Thursday and Friday will be dry and warm, and that trend should continue through the weekend.
