NBC5 Forecast: Nice Weather for North Texas, Flooding Continues South

The rain from Tropical Storm Harvey has finally ended in Houston. It will take a long time for the flood waters to recede though. Many locations have seen 35 to 45 inches of rain. There have been a few reports close to 50 inches of rain.Harvey will finally begin working its way northward into Louisiana today, allowing for the rain to finally end in Houston.Here in North Texas, the rain is expected to stay to our east.
