NBC5 Forecast: Near Record Heat Tuesday

After a weekend cool-down, temperatures will be warming back up this week. Highs will be climbing to near record levels on Tuesday, with sunshine and a strengthening south breeze. We still get to enjoy a break from the high humidity for another 48 hours. Wednesday will offer a slight chance of thunderstorms as a cold front sweeps through, but the best chance will be north and northeast of DFW. Otherwise, rain chances appear quite limited until the weekend.Thunderstorms will be possible this weekend.
