From NBC5 meteorologist Brian James - This evening's cold front will usher in a quick temperature drop and a strong northwest wind. Temperatures will drop quickly through the 50s and 40s. We will eventually settle in the lower 30s by Wednesday morning. The wind will remain in the 15-20 mph range in the morning, so wind chill values will be in the 20s for the morning commute and the trip to school. Make sure you dress warm and the kids are bundled up!Sunshine quickly returns to the area on Wednesday, but the high will only be in the 40s. We'll warm into the upper 50s on Thursday before the next cold front comes in Thursday afternoon. We'll drop back to around 50° on Friday. A few showers will be possible by Saturday.
