NBC5 Forecast: Bundle Up! Single-digit Wind Chill Values for Monday Morning

From NBC5 meteorologist Brian James - Behind this morning's cold front, temperatures are still falling ... and that will be the case all the way through Monday morning. Not only will temperatures drop into the 20s, but the wind will stay up in the 15 to 20 mph range through the overnight hours.
