Southwest winds will increase through the day today. In combination with low humidity and temperatures reaching the mid-70s, there will be an elevated risk for grass fire danger.Friday will be the last warm day of the week. There is a bit of uncertainty as to how quickly the colder air will move south. A cold front will cross the Red River by Friday afternoon. North of the front will be colder with highs near 50 degrees. South of the front will be a lot warmer with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s.Increasing rain chances and below normal temperatures are expected early next week, with the best chance for rain being Monday night into Tuesday.
