NBC 5 Forecast: Still Hot Today Before Rare July Cold Front Arrives

A rare July cold front is on the way! While today will still be plenty hot, the front will arrive this afternoon, starting the cooling process. This front will switch the wind to the north this afternoon. The cool air, however, won't begin to push in until later tonight. Highs today will still manage to climb into the mid 90s. There could be an isolated shower or storm in the DFW area, but the better chance of rain today will be farther south.Noticeably cooler weather will be in place Tuesday and Wednesday along with lower humidity.
