NBC 5 Forecast: Spotty Weekend Storms; Several Dry Hours Too

The weekend will have a chance for pop-up showers or storms during the afternoon hours. The highest coverage of storms will be east of DFW, but if you have outdoor plans, just be on alert and bring the umbrella. The severe weather threat is low, but any storm will produce lightning, brief downpours and gusty winds. Some storms may produce gusty downburst winds.Although a few spotty storms will be possible through early next week.
