NBC 5 Forecast: Overnight Storms Gone, But Some Could Redevelop Later Today

An intense line of overnight storms has cleared out. However, a few may redevelop this morning to the southwest of DFW. Otherwise, skies will be mostly cloudy this morning and then partly sunny. Afternoon and evening rain chances will return later today, but any storms that redevelop will be hit or miss. The better chance will be to the west of DFW. A few spotty storms may also be around Tuesday. We'll get a nice break from the intense heat with highs in the 80s today and tomorrow.Latest Forecast TODAY: Partly to mostly cloudy with a 30% chance for lingering showers and isolated thunderstorms.
