NBC 5 Forecast: One More Hot Day, Then Cooling Back Down

It's fall, but will feel like a hot summer day in north Texas with highs in the low to mid 90 for one more day. The heat however, will be short lived. A strong cold front will move through late tonight, into early Sunday morning with a chance of showers, followed by gusty north winds and sharply cooler temperatures. No severe storms are expected.
