We're halfway through the workweek and the heat is still going strong! A Heat Advisory remains in effect until 8 p.m. today with sunny skies and afternoon highs around 100 degrees. The humidity will make it feel even hotter. Remember to be safe and stay hydrated if working outside.Overall, rain chances will be slim to none in the coming days. Toward the weekend there could be a few stray showers or storms Friday and Saturday, especially to the north and northeast of DFW.Temperatures will begin to decrease slightly for the latter part of the week and into the weekend.
