NBC 5 Forecast: Not Quite as Hot

A weak cold front has moved across North Texas, slightly dropping humidity and temperatures. The next few days will feature near normal temperatures with little to no chance of rain.All eyes are on the Gulf of Mexico as the weekend approaches. Tropical Storm Barry has formed. It's expected to become a Category one hurricane Saturday morning, shortly before making landfall along the Louisiana coast. At this point it appears that the track will be east of North Texas with no major impacts expected in our area.
