NBC 5 Forecast: Morning Rain and Storms, Then Afternoon Sunshine

A heavy line of thunderstorms will sweep across North Texas this morning. Some gusty winds, heavy rain, and lightning are to be expected. The storms should clear out by mid-morning. Sunshine is expected to return later today with warm and windy conditions.We'll get a slight drop in humidity later today before it surges back in from the south Wednesday. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy the remainder of the week with very warm weather. Right now it looks like the pattern will hold through Memorial Day weekend.
