A Dallas man known as "Little Twin" was arrested Friday about a week after a deadly shooting at a Red Bird apartment complex. Keyone Gay, 37, faces a murder charge in the death of 23-year-old Nicholas Green.The men were arguing about 12 a.m. Saturday in the 8500 block of Willoughby Boulevard, near Martin Weiss Elementary School.
