More Apartments on the Way at the $1.5 Billion Frisco Station Development

Developers are gearing up to build the next phase of the $1.5 billion Frisco Station project.The 240-acre mixed-use development on the Dallas North Tollway already includes office, hotel and apartment buildings.Now development partner Hillwood Multifamily has filed building permits for its second, $43.5 million apartment project, according to data from reporting firm BuildZoom.  Continue reading...
