Meet the Men Whose Eureka Moment Brought the Dallas Cowboys and Frisco Together to Create The Star

FRISCO — Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones talked about catching the Frisco flu at the 2014 groundbreaking for the team's world headquarters and practice facility. What most people don't know is how he got it. The Cowboys' $1.5 billion mixed-use development known as The Star in Frisco might never have happened without Rex Glendenning and Matthew Kiran. The eureka moment for these two Frisco-based real estate brokers came in late February 2013. They were returning from a meeting where they'd learned the Cowboys were looking at Irving for a replacement to their aging Valley Ranch headquarters.
