McKinney Police Searching for Man Accused of Putting Phone Under Woman's Skirt at Hobby Lobby

McKinney police have released photos in hopes of identifying a man they say put his cellphone under a woman's skirt.A woman called police around 3:30 p.m. Aug. 3 from the Hobby Lobby off University Drive and Hardin Boulevard to report that a man had placed a cellphone under her 20-year-old daughter's skirt and may have taken a photo or video.The man ran out of the store and drove west through the parking lot after he was confronted, police said.  Continue reading...
