The foundation that runs the historic Aldredge House appeared headed for a final contentious hearing with its Swiss Avenue neighbors - the last chapter in a nasty divorce that started as a dispute over the home's use as a wedding venue.But by the time the two sides reached the microphone in City Council chambers, about three years of irreconcilable differences were set aside. Council member Philip Kingston announced a compromise in new restrictions.
