Man Wounded in Shooting During Robbery of His Burleson Home, Police Say

Burleson police say a man shot in his home Thursday morning may have been the victim of an attempted robbery.It happened around 4:37 a.m. in the 100 block of Redhaw Court, police said.The victim, a man in his 40s, was taken to an area hospital in unknown condition with a gunshot wound to his lower abdomen, police said.Two suspects are believed to have been involved in the intrusion into a home with several adults and children present, KDFW-TV (Channel 4) reported.No description of suspects was provided.  Continue reading...
