Man Who Fled to Mexico After 2017 Irving Slaying Arrested When He Tried to Re-enter U.S., Police Say

A man suspected in a 2017 slaying in Irving was arrested on a murder charge at the U.S.-Mexico border this month when he tried to re-enter after fleeing the country, police said.Mario Centeno, 22, is one of six men accused in the fatal beating and torture of 19-year-old Jacob Krabbe. One of them, 21-year-old Erasmo Nunez, has been convicted of manslaughter in the case. The four others are awaiting trial on a murder charge.  Continue reading...
