Carrollton police led a 41-year-old man away in handcuffs Tuesday night after a seven-hour standoff at a residential complex. Police were called to the Rosemeade Townhomes in the 1100 block of East Branch Hollow following a tip that Marvin James Jr. was there with a motorcycle that had allegedly been stolen, KTVT-TV (Channel 11) reported.
